It's always a privilege when families invite me into not only their homes, but essentially their lives. This was the case last Saturday with The Dahm Family. Caryn Dahm just so happens to be an excellent designer in her own right and is responsible for collaborating with me in consulting and creating my new logo on this blog and my website. She came up with the words, "Comfy. Candid. Completely You." for my logo because that's what I strive to achieve with all my clients. And let me just say, Caryn and her beautiful family were just that, from P.J.'s in the a.m. to late afternoon supper, they allowed me to capture their real lives and create the fine art you'll see below. Little Trey just learned to swing all by himself. So glad I got that one!
It wasn't really in the plan, but I just went with it when Trey decided to take a bath!
I loved the title of that book, "Thankful Together." Yep, that pretty much sums up the Dahm Family... and the way we all should be.
Mia actually has live baby birds in a nest in a window box outside her window. She was watching the mama bird bring food to her babies.
What a great way to end a blessed day!

These are fabulous! We love, love, loved sharing that time together with you. Your photo shoot was such a great reminder of how much we just enjoy being together. It got us thinking on what we enjoy spending time doing ... celebrating those little every day moments. These photos came out great and we'll treasure them always. Thank you for making the shoot feel so easy and natural!
